Michael K. Stefanidis (Greek: Μιχαήλ Κ. Στεφανίδης; November 8, -November 25, ) was a mathematician, physicist, chemist, natural scientist, author, and historian.

He was the first chair of the History of Sciences department at the University of Athens and is the father of the history of modern Greek scientists.
